This is a static website. It does not set cookies, run analytics, load advertising trackers, or include third-party scripts. Fonts and images are served from this domain.
The hosting provider may process standard request logs — such as an IP address, browser user agent, and requested URL — to serve and secure the site. Disciplin does not use those logs to build a profile of you.

The app
Disciplin stores alarms, habits, priorities, focus sessions, sleep logs, and reflections in a SQLite database inside the app’s private sandbox on your Android device.
There is no account, no cloud sync, no advertising SDK, and no analytics SDK. Disciplin does not upload your database to a server. If you choose to export your data, the app writes a JSON file and opens Android’s system share sheet; where that file goes is up to you.

Android permissions
Disciplin requests the permissions it needs to schedule exact alarms, show notifications, vibrate, keep the screen awake during a focus session, play alarm audio, and restore alarms after a reboot.
Location, camera, contacts, and microphone access are explicitly blocked in the Android build. The app does not record audio.

Retention and deletion
Your local data stays on the device until you uninstall Disciplin or clear its app data. Uninstalling the app removes the database from that device. There is no server-side copy for us to delete.
A file you export is outside the app’s sandbox. Its retention depends on where you saved or shared it, so manage that file as you would any other document.
